My GFs phone was stolen in a robbery earlier today . She phoned Vodafone straight away to get the phone barred and she enquired about a replacement . They said she had no insurance , which is funny as she pays £6.95 a month for their Cover-Me policy , which according to their website covers theft . We are going to go into the local Vodafone shop and see what they say as the person on the "Help"line was absolutely insisting there is no insurance on her account .
