Do I have to sell to the highest bidder ?

Tonight three items of mine ended and the winning bidders are in
Brazil
Japan
Ukraine
I only put down postage rate for UK delivery and I thought I had blocked overseas bidders, but obviously not.
I can just see all these deliveries going 'pear shaped' .. hence the question
thanks

Another thread here, there's a glitch

If you only have UK postage quoted and they haven't contacted you, find out the international signed for postage for your items and quote that, chances are the buyers won't pay so you can open disputes and send second chance offers or relist. Let Ebay know that it is as a result of their glitch.Tonight three items of mine ended and the winning bidders are in

Set your buyers preferences to UK only. Only post to the UK. That will stop future foreign bidders.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Normally yes, but as per hermums link there is a glitch at present. It also seems to be allowing blocked bidders to buy - if the boards are to be believed!

Or you could just send them. If its low value items standard airmail will give you the same insurance as UK domestic mail.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

I had this happen a few weeks ago. Somehow a user with NPB strikes (I know they had them because they told me) was able to buy from me even though I have settings that should have stopped it. Nothing showed in ebay but their Paypal payment got through so after some confirming I sent the item anyway.theonlywayisup wrote: »It also seems to be allowing blocked bidders to buy - if the boards are to be believed!0 -
I too have had this but only this week. One Italy - where I don't post (tighter than a ducks bottom preference settings) and a blocked bidder - still on my blb but there as a buyer. Bizarre and annoying glitch.0
