Hi there, i am just (after months of deliberating) about to start my claim of backdated bank carges to Abbey and have just been reading over the merged Abbey thread.
I was wondering if it would be at all possible to instead of having an enormous merged thread where some posts might not get looked at, having a few sub boards for each of the main banks where certain issues like interest, templates, action, personal issues etc could each be addressed in its own thread in its appropriate bank thread.
