    So even 20 years after the policy issue and little documentation PPI claims are successful!

    I'm not sure why others here were so adamant that your complaint had no foundation back in 2011.

    Having said that, it took FOS intervention and more than three years for Barclays to agree to a refund.

    What did the FOS adjudicator say? Did it go all the way to an actual Ombudsman?
