You are wrong.
Seems that even Barclays agree with me (finally) and I am right as I thought...the multiple sources of income would have made a claim impossible and a settlement has been calculated.
So even 20 years after the policy issue and little documentation PPI claims are successful!0 -
I'm not sure why others here were so adamant that your complaint had no foundation back in 2011.I have read the terms and Barclays MortgageCare would NOT have covered me.
Having said that, it took FOS intervention and more than three years for Barclays to agree to a refund.
What did the FOS adjudicator say? Did it go all the way to an actual Ombudsman?0
