My friend has an escalated PP dispute for SNAD. The seller has offered a partial refund.
Am I right in advising her if she accepts the partial then she will not have to return the item?
Or should she decline the offer and stick to a return for a full refund?

A partial refund means that she keeps the item at a discounted price, if she really doesn't want the item then she will need to return when PP tell her to for a full refund.
Remember though that she will have to pay for the return postage, which should be tracked.0 -

INR= Item not received- so how would she be able to keep something if it hasn't arrived?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. In that case it is as per hermum- she can keep the item and get a partial refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'm not tired, so must be really stupid as I answered you as a SNAD claim, not INR.0 -

Yay, I'm not stupid. Psychic, instead of just sick.0
