Geneer, I copy your Cc post over here as I found it amusing (although I was rather hoping you would have taken over my post about their financial status which is hilarious - all those clever people and many with not a pot to p1ss in).
Anyway, this is what you said (swearword changed):I know most aren't that interested. But do indulge me.
You'd be surprised how many times your quoted or linked by Pimp on MSE.
Seems certain to me that he's visiting the site more now than he ever did before he was uncerimoniously punted for being a trolling tit.
So I should just give a quite shout out. Hiya Pimperne1 you absolute sad fnck. I know you're watching.
 You hurting babe?
Edit to say I didn't change anything other than the "fnck" - this is geneer's normal standard of grammar and spelin.0

You are right of course. There were people paying funny money for properties in absolute !!!! holes a couple of years ago. All might not be lost though, when I phoned about No 17 the EA said that 3 bedrooms properties down that street were renting out for £600 pcm so if you bought at this stage you wouldn't necessarily lose your shirt (provided the rental market was strong and I expect if its strong in the Easington area its because the DSS are paying).0

Yes I rang up. Why not. Didn't cost me anything. Gave the EA something to do.
You aren't making the point that markets are crashing very well though. Yes the North East taking a panning but the place you described as going down from £140k to £108 actually went down from £122k (if it sells for that which I doubt). Having said that, the EA certainly gave me the impression that the owners were open to offers if you are interested.0
