Hi Guys, Can anyone help. Is this reasonably priced? I live in London.

Job description: Renew old central heating, with a condensing combi-boiler. Replace bathroom suite and plumb for new kitchen.
Heating
Note: Customer supplies boiler, Rads and copper pipes.

1. Remove: water storage tanks in the loft, hot-water cylinder, old boiler, radiators (3) and old pipes.
2. Fit new condensing boiler (Performa 24) to existing position of old boiler.
Brick-up old opening, and re-bore hole for flue.
3. Plumb 5 radiators: Bed 1, under window (500mm x 800mm double)
Bed 2, under window (600mm x 900mm single)
Bed3, under window (600mm x 800mm double)
Hallway, 600mm x 600mm double.
Bathroom, 400mm x 600mm double.
4. Corgi certificate for all gas work. Labour cost: £1900

Bathroom
Note: Customer supplies bathroom suite and small hand basin with tapes.

1. Remove: Bath, basin and toilet. Existing pipes are removed.
2. Replumb hot and cold water pipes with isolators to basin and toilet.
3. Toilet Room: Fit new toilet, with new pan connector.
Fit new small- corner hand basin, with waste connected to toilet
Pan connector.
4. Bathroom: Fit and replumb new bath, plus side panel (wooden frame must be
made). Waste pipes are renewed.
Fit new basin and replumb. New waste and pipe is fitted. Labour cost: £650

Kitchen

1. Remove old kitchen sink, and existing pipe work.
2. Replumb for kitchen sink, Washing machine.
3. Renew all waste pipes.
4. Replumb gas pipe for hob and oven.
5. When kitchen has been fitted, fit sink and cooker hob and oven. Labour cost: £600


Total cost: £3150
