As many of us are on budgets and like to check prices before we buy, I thought it would be good to update the previous list of Tesco Price Scanners.

Please add to this thread and I will update the list accordingly

Not intended for discussion re DTD but please feel free to discuss the location and status of price scanners.

The list below is the one created by smartie1976 (if you are a current user thanks) but as it is 4 years old it probably need's updating.

I will update stores in BLUE TEXT.
If we could also post if the scanner is working I will add a O to those confirmed to be working.
Those confirmed to be broken or not working will have a O.

What are Tesco Price Scanners ?

Around certain Tesco Stores there are computer type scanners.
A stand alone scanner, seperate from the tills,for customers to use, it's for you to check prices of items before you buy them.
This thread lets you know where they are in the store so you can check the prices of things yourself

If the scanner in your store isn't working, consider putting a note in the suggestions box, the more that do the more likely they will fix it.

Word of caution:

NEVER leave items by the scanners or they will not be replaced when they need maintainance! Stores will not keep scanners that are creating such unnecessary work for staff :eek:
