Have ebay fees gone up?

A friend asked me yesterday if the fees have gone up as instead of items costing 10p to list they cost her 20p. I myself have finished with ebay so could not tell her, so I thought I would try here, if any one knows that would be appreciated thanks.

Listing fees used to be dearer, not cheaper so either it is a different category or your friend is not remembering the price correctly.
it's 10p for items under 99p and 15p for items below £4.99 but above 99p.
