startup entry - is this normal?

hi all, this might be a difficult one i know. i have just used spybot to check my startup entries and everything looks 'normal' apart from the above. does anybody think it is a normal entry or otherwise. sometimes spybot cannot provide info on an entry as is the case here so i am at a loss. i can disable the entry by unchecking the entry but am reluctant to. thanks
