startup entry - is this normal?

hi all, this might be a difficult one i know. i have just used spybot to check my startup entries and everything looks 'normal' apart from the above. does anybody think it is a normal entry or otherwise. sometimes spybot cannot provide info on an entry as is the case here so i am at a loss. i can disable the entry by unchecking the entry but am reluctant to. thanks

sorry to be pedantic but his entry says z1316.exe, but it probably is the same. would it best if i disable it or just delete the entry? i am getting a bit worried now. thanks for all your help thus far.i have to admit it does look a dodgy entry.
