Hi All,

I'm sorry to say the SSM fb-coupons seem to have expired. I mean the ones you are supposed to get when you complete the "mission accomplished" survey. I completed and got to choose my coupons but when I tried to print them, it suddenly said the offer had ended.

After weeks of reading about the Comfort Pure offer in Wilko I decided to give it a go.

However, the supervisor told me Wilko policy is to not accept printed coupons. Does anyone know if this is true? I assume not given many of you are using the same coupon as me, but has anyone else been told this? Also is it best to buy other products or does checking out just the comfort pure work for people?

I used 4 coupons in Wilkos and didn't buy anything else. I printed my coupons in colour and left the picture on. They were accepted without question. I print them all out in colour now and they rarely get questioned.

Why not contact Wilkos head office or try again another day?

Thanks! I will try printing them in colour and try again. Do you give the entire A4 page with the non bio coupon or just cut out the part which is for comfort pure? As I gave the entire page.

Have also just contacted customer services for them to clarify their coupon policy too.
