Sold Concert Tickets - Advise Please

I have recently sold 2 tickets to the X Factor on ebay and after reading a few stories about how con people work on ebay I am now a bit worried about sending them.
I have read quite a few stories about how people say item not as described and then a different item returned and ebay just refund. I have tried asking for advice from ebay but they were a waste of time.
I just want to know if anyone can advise of what precautions I could take to avoid being scammed of would my only option be to phone the Police??

You need to send then special delivery within 7 days of receiving payment- and they need to go to the address that paypal say is 'OK to send to'.
However, I think you will find you have sold tickets that carry a disclaimer about not being sold- so you may well find that if caught (and that is possibly unlikely) your buyer will be refused entry and could then take you to small claims for a refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I sold tickets recently.
I just made sure they were paid by paypal. If there is ant dispute you can them sent ebay the tracking number to prove they have been sent.0 -
If you're that Paranoid ebay may not be the place for you. 99% of ebay buyers are honest. basic precautions and common sense avoid the majority of the 1%I am going to send them special delivery and I know it states that the tickets can't be re-sold. Most people who get ripped of or scammed with tickets are the buyers not the sellers. Soolins advice as normal is spot on'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
