Wow factor (Bradford/ Huddesfield) anyone heard of them?

Hi we recently purchased a fridge freezer from sonic direct in Bradford and spoke to a kitchen salesman whilst we where there. Since that another salesmen has been around to give us a price and we are now wondering just how reputable they are? We have read a few horror stories on the web but can't find any reviews on the company. If anyone has heard of them that would be useful. We are looking to purchase before the end of the week so a swift response would be much appreciated. Thankyou.

I would guess the kitchen salesman has nothing to do with Sonic, but they allow him 'standing space' to try and flog his company's kitchens in the same way that all the big supermarkets often have sales people in their stores flogging DG/CWI/CH etc. for companys that aren't owned by them.
What's the company name on any paperwork that was left with you?

  • Hi

Same company as DFK on Leeds Road as same sales guy. Have not been around for long so that's why there may not be any reviews.

Have not used them but seen the posters and the stands in various different shops.

This isn't the deal we where offered! He said 33%deposit but would take 10. He asked for cash rather than bank transfer which seemed odd. Have you used these ppl? I have googled dfk and found 3 reviews all negative! Also found an article about them expanding. So to be honest I'm not really any clearer. Seems like a bit of a gamble?!

I havnt had any paperwork left with me. They didn't even have a proper catalogue. It's all seems a bit odd. Can anyone else shed any light on the matter?
