Depending on what she said you may be able to get the neg removed, I would try it, you may get someone sensible on CS.0

If the FB for the disputed item has grounds for removal, you never know you may get the other removed as well if the CS thinks that it could have been left to wreck your account. It's worth a try anyway.0
