Operating system not found

I have bought a computer recently(PC desktop).
It was overclocked in the shop. I have however experienced some instability whilst playing games and came in to conclusion that it was due to unsuccesfull overclocking. After researching the internet, I have found out that the best way of sorting this out this is to re-set bios to defaul settings.
After doing this, my Windows is not loading anymore and message comes up saying operating system not found.
I have 2 identical Hard drives, that come up under exactly the same way in BIOS. Both are SATA. Thought of playing with SATA settings in BIOS but after openning menu, understood that I don't understand anything there. I have tried to play with Boot order chosing any of those hards to go first, but no luck.
My mother Board is Asus P8Z68-V

Please Help

Were the SATA drives configured as RAID? That is usually done to increase speed by basically splitting files between both drives for faster access.

It definitely sounds like the boot order is wrong .. the HD with the necessary boot files has to be top of the list.

If I remember correctly , you select the HD in the boot order screen (using the arrow keys?) and move them with the page-up/page-down keys ..
