Capital One Additional Card Holder

Hi, I recently received my Capital One Card and would like an additional card for my partner. I would like to know if I request C1 to issue additional card will they create financial associate on our CRA files?

Also when I log onto to C1 online service it showing the following message:-


Access to your Online Account has been changed. To discuss your account, please call us on 08444 814 000†, if you are calling from outside of the UK please contact us on +44 115 993 8002. †Please note, typical call charge from a BT landline is 7p connection fee plus up to 2p per minute. Calls from other networks and mobiles may be higher. Calls may be recorded/monitored for training purposes.
Theirs nothing wrong with the account as I have changed the pin number today and used the card at Asda.

I have the same message and I only just set up my online account.
I was going to add my husband as an additional cardholder but suppose I will have to call them now:mad:

No. As the account holder you are totally responsible for use of the card. OH and myself are only showing as linked through our joint current account.
