Where to go on holiday? Good holiday sites?

Hi everyone,
Looking for some advice on a holiday for me and my boyfriend.
We have done the usual clubbing, drinking, loud type holidays and want to go someone a bit more 'upmarket', nice and relaxing, but with nightlife if need be.
We like going out to do activities and also laze around sunbathing all day too.
We are looking for 10 nights somewhere - is there any websites or travel agencies that specialise in this length of time? Most places are 7 or 14
Any recommendations on where to go or where to book?
And, of course, as money saving as possible!
