Hey rising
That reminds me, a wise lady once told me I should get a spending diary
If you find a cheap A6 notebook let me know :P
:rotfl:wonder who that could've been :rotfl:
For next year's spending diary, I've got one of these .... again you can probably get cheaper in a £shop or similar ...... but it gets very boring in the house when you can't get out & about ......http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2013-BUTTERFLIES-EMBOSSED-WTV-POCKET-DIARY-WEEK-TO-VIEW-FABRIC-EMBOSS-DIARIES-/170934487067?pt=UK_Stationery&var=470211075348&hash=item27cc7d481b
Nice & small & light & easily tucked inside the handbag:)
Or if you're an App person have a look at this: full budget tracking app - splits things into Envelopes or Pots as some of us call them - so you can keep track of amounts set aside for certain things ..... https://www.eebacanhelp.com/login.php
Mort  I saw you sneaking in there! - Mort just loves pots:p - how's the £2 one coming along:)Resist resist resist ... A piece of paper will do u well til you get to the pound shop ... Save the £2 plus posting for treat
Resist ...... resist ...... resist - you are so right Elantan & I can use the one I've got until I get there.

Woooo hoo! congrats on the no-smoking efforts. Every day you manage is another step tot he cravings disappearing and another day further away from the last smoke
And that's a pretty good saving and helps to add to the reason to stay away - monetary as well as healthApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Hi rising :hello:
Well done on the no smoking, that's fantastic!
I'm tempted to download the Envelope Budget Software thingy as it may help with my lack of NSD's and my numerous trips to Tesco's lol
I echo everyone else's thought's too, resist getting the diary thing until you need it.
Off to lurk again x0
