Old English Inns - Late Availability Deals

I know all hotels tend to be discounted at this time of year but I've just looked on

and there are some good deals. I'm looking to stay at one in the summer using Tesco clubcard deals. Rothley Court looks great, as does the one in Tetbury and there's a good one in Castle Ashby, the Falcon.
We stayed at the Chester George and Dragon for the bargain price of £15 between Christmas and New Year .
