Hi There
Have recently purchased a PAYG bundle for my old BB Bold.
I have called Orange and signed up to the BB package of £5 per month.
However, I cant receive BBM and when I try to set up my email account it is asking for the enterprise server information which of course is not what I want. I dont have any other option available to me.
Is this an Orange problem and if so how do I resolve the problem?
Thanks.

All pre-OS7 Bolds can run on OS60 -
Did you select Blackberry Internet Service when you installed Blackberry Desktop Manager or did you select Blackberry Enterprise Server?
If you selected Blackberry Enterprise Server you will need to uninstall Blackberry Desktop Manager, delete the CMIME and CICAL Service Books from your Blackberry handset then reinstall Blackberry Desktop Manager, choosing the correct configuration (Blackberry Internet Service).
As a precaution you may want to create a backup of your BB handset before you start then completely wipe it from the Security menu, in effect setting it back to factory ready for the reinstall of Blackberry Desktop Manager.0
