I keep getting This page cannot be displayed message

Options
Every so often I get this message and know matter what sight I try to get on to I still get the same message - error 721 hitting the refresh button does not help nor clicking on my hoepage.

I am on broadband and the only way I can get the page to display is to restart the computer. This seems to have started since IE7 was installed.

Can anyone help - and if you could keep it simple please.

Some more info would be helpful.....

    1. What happens if you use another browser - Firefox or Opera? I'm trying to figure out if the error is IE7-only related.

    2. Who's your broadband provider?

    3. Did you make any other changes to your system?

    4. As a last resort uninstall IE7 & reboot. This will automatically take you back to IE6 (you don't need to do anything else). Does the problem persist? I'm asking you to do this last because you've recently installed IE7 to use it & don't want to ditch it so soon, do you?! G

I don't use firefox or opera - and my provider is Tiscali. I know everyone goes on about Tiscali but I've been with with them for years and no problems to date.
I would prefer not to take IE7 off if the problem can be resolved some other way.
The only other change I have made is put palmheld software on.

    Any other ideas please.
