Which is best value: Worldpay, Sagepay or Paypal?

Does anyone have any knowledge regarding which is the best value online payment system for small businesses where online payment transactions are in the region of 300 -500 per month? Is it worldpay, sagepay or paypal? Anyone know what all the associated costs are for each one?

This is a low value turn over, Paypal will meet your needs.
  • I run a small business, and I put through in card anywhere between £400 - £2500 per month, and I am with Worldpay MOTO, which is where I put the payment through the internet.
Most months my bill is just £10, which is the min charge, and I think this covers up to around £1000 of transactions. The transactions are easy to slip through and take around 2-4 days to get to my bank. Took around 2 weeks from initial phone call to being up and running.
Not sure if you can get cashback also through quidco?

    Hope this helps

I saw some graphs recently that showed PayPal was better value for small-medium businesses, and that it was easier to see the cost benefit the smaller you are... I don't know the exact numbers though! I think you can call PayPal and they'll do an estimate / comparison?

Google Checkout is by far the best, for the following reasons:

    1) It gives your customers a chance to review you, and then future customers can see these independent reviews online.

    2) Your feedback or stars appear next to your listings in AdWords and Google Shopping.

    3) It's cheaper than Paypal.

    4) Having Google Checkout isn't going to hurt your chance of a good listing on google.

    thanks,
I'm kind of a big deal
