M & S Customer Service Not Coming Up With The Goods!

Hi Folks - During the run up to chrismas I made about 5 different orders to M&S online - they turned up daily with the exception of 2 parcels - one containing a box of wine ! I phone M&S C.S and was assured that all deliveries would be made on or before 24th dec. 1 x parcel was del'd 22nd dec but not the wine. E-mailed m&s on christmas eve (couldn't get through on the phone) to complain - then had to dash to nearest Asda to buy wine for xmas day ! That e-mail was never answered ! - called them on 27th - they had no record of my complaint - wine was sitting in a warehouse and they could despatch it now ! Wasn't too happy told her I was looking for compensation. They wouldn't budge so said I would think about it. E-mailed on 29th telling them just to despatch the wine anyway (i had used a discount voucher so it was a good price!). Got a reply stating wine had now sold out and they were refunding my account (money which they had deducted 2 weeks previously!-)
Just checked the website and wine is back in stock - e-mailed them to ask if they would honour the original order price - got reply saying no !!
Feel this is C**P service from M&S - bad enough not getting any compo but for them not to fulfil the order is just pants.
Any ideas what to do next - not willing to let this lie.
