Cannot Receive E Mail from one friends but can send

I cannot receive E Mails from one friend but he receives ones I send. The E Mail address I am using is Windows Live Mail. He is on BT Internet. I seem to receive E Mails from everyone else. How do I find out where the blockage occurs and the reason for it. Any advise would appreciated

Does your friend get messages about delays in delivery of his messages ?
Hotmail seems to take a dislike to some other e-mail providers and either delays acceptance of, or does not accept their messages.
I suggest signing up for e-mail with someone else.0
