Who are they now?

Hi Forum

I have searched papers in the loft and have come across some old loan agreements. Can anybody advise who I should approach with mis-sold complaint claims for what was:

1. Prudential Banking
2. Mercantile

Thanks in anticipation.

    Hi

If you contact the FOS, they may have details on who to pursue, so if you contact the general FOS free tel number in office hours they may hold details of others who may have also made complaints via these companies.

    Good luck.

due to takeovers etc both are Barclays now I believe.
  • But simply having a loan does not amount to misselling.

Like what Magpie Cottage said, this website can be very misleading. Just because you have an account or product sold by a bank that you are unhappy about doesnt entitle you to a refund. You have a right to complain, but it doesnt mean its mis-sold.
