Lloyds Bank, how far back

Had a Lloyds Bank Gold card since 1990 but can only find old statement for August 1996, this was for limit of £5,000 with a balance of £4,632.64, later limit has been raised to £15,000, probably for last 8/10 years and most of the time it has been maxed.
Question is how far back will Lloyds go on my PPI claim and how do they work out compensation?

You can try making a reclaim no matter when you taken this out, if you have the account number then go for it.

Mine have gone back to the 90's, although I would also enclose copies of any details as well that may help.
Also make them aware you only recently became aware of the mis sellling and believe it applies to you.

The questionnaire to make a reclaim is on Lloyds website, and the same as the one on here, complete and send to the address shown on lloyds website, and remember to keep copies for yourself as well, good luck.;)
