Paypal issue

Hi all
not sure if this is in the right place, if not please feel free to move it.


today at 1.31 and 1.41 am i received 2 orders from the same person on my website for a hosting account, 1 was marked fraud and one marked pending after payment made through paypal both times this user passed the fraud telephone verification through maxmind. so user onde paid for the pending order.

then at 2.01 am i get this email from paypal

We need more information about this transaction. Please log in to your

then i noticed in my spam folder
hi,

i purchased the £45 master reseller deal from you and paid with paypal.
however, paypal flagged up the transaction for investigation for soe
reason. i think they have sent you an email about it. can you respond at
your earliest convenience as i realy need my account active asap.

    if in any doubt just refund the buyer. Instead of wasting your time.

    exactly what i did after i faxed all the documents paypal requested to prove that the order and payment matched 100% with the paypal account.

    i informed the buyer that he he wanted this pay using another method and so far he has not replied.

    a resuklt,

    after this buyer contacted me on live chat he sated
    see that you refunded he paypal payment - they only gave me some of it, they have held back a couple of pounds for some reason - ive never had problems like this before with paypal

    he paid using a debit card and this went through without a problem.
