What's an 'order'?
That aside, Clydesdale probably just had an ATM outage. Before you ask, yes, I work for a bank, but no, I didn't get a bonus!0 -
Yes my son has had the exact same thing started last night.0

Yes they have had a problem since yesterday
I tried 3 times to pay for something via Maestro and each time was declined - went to ATM to get money but that was declined also - managed to pay for shopping with combination of cash and CC.
Checked online banking this morning and all 3 "declined" transactions have been deducted from account and one was credited back
They are aware there is a problem - when you call phone banking you will get a message - staff on phone as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike TBH.
Don't know when it will be fixed - I have a DD due on Wednesday - not sure if it will be paid as due to their problems not enough money in account to pay it:mad::mad:BCSC NO 400 -
cash withdrawals are now fixed, and authorised debit card transactions that are out your account should be back in your account by close of business tonight.Save £300 in Jan £515/£300-Lose 10 lbs in Jan- 8/10,Cap One M/C £0/£200,Cap One Visa £0/£200
