  • Update, house fell through close to exchange, what will happen now?

Will the mortgage foreclose as I we are now in four months arrears?

Getting sick and tired of this situation.
  • If the lender intends to foreclose they will write and tell you that that is what they are planning to do. Have you received such documentation yet? If not, there is still a window of opportunity for you.

I can't remember all the details of your circumstances but have you done any research into getting a couple of lodgers in or do you not occupy the property yourself?
