hi has anyone actually recieved there cheque from Lloyds hubby been waitng for his he got his letter on the 2nd sept and not heard anything since just wondering if anyone as had theirs

I says on the letter .This amount to £1,444 we have included a payment of £200 for distress and inconienience. Does this mean the £200 is on top of this offer or is this in with the offer0

By the sounds of the wording, the added amount for inconvenience will have already been included in total amount. Good luck, and fingers crossed they do not keep you waiting as long as they have kept me waiting.0 -
me too I'm still waiting for Lloyds tsb to cough up the cheque I was promised 2 months ago,I sent an email to the CEO as I was getting sick of being fobbed off by them everytime I rang.0

I am still waiting for mine, and it took Lloyds almost a year to actually investigate my complaint!0
