might try the bigger Boots store in town then thanks - our local one has none but then they are a bit rubbish.
That Boots reusable one looks good as well - 25-40 sounds pretty good hopefully get quite a bit of wear out of it. the Mothercare ones go up to 34lbs on their website but say only up to age 2.
  • i've got a medium kooshies roo's outgrown and i'd say the large is probably the right size for him if i was buying one now. i bought a mothercare's own washable swim nappy and it was tiny - much too tight on a chubby baby :rotfl:

forgot to add he weighs about 29 pounds and wears size 5 disposable nappies.

I only went and missed the end of he auction for that kooshies one! I have emailed the seller since the item did not sell.

Dan uses size 5 nappies also.
  • I'd go for a reusable swim nappy. We have a pack of disposibles to keep incase, and our daughters have reusuable ones. Got them from mothercare for about £7 each I think, and I'm sure I've seen them cheaper (like £3.50) but can't remember where Maybe matalan

My DS had a reusable swim nappy from Tchibo, for something like £2.99.

It was a good size, and would probably still fit him now (he's 3 1/2 and big for his age), only he wants to wear proper trunks these days :)
  • have you been on holiday yet?

i bought some boots swim nappies, £1.99 for a pack of 11 i think. they're yellow. they fit really well and would also fit a baby much bigger than him. but i don't know if they look girly - so many people called him 'she' in the changing rooms and shower :rotfl:

My DS1 is 2y7m, and not potty trained. We use a pair of swimming shorts with a pair of cotton pants underneath - it's as effective as a reusable swim nappy i.e. it will catch poo but not wee. He seems to be old enough to control himself while he's in there anyway, we've never had an accident (touch wood!)
