I wanna...find some swim nappies

that don't cost the standard crazy price of £5 for 10!

Son is about 29lbs and we will be going to Pontins via a great offer posted on this site. He loves swimming so will be needing a pack.
Anyone spotted a good cheap deal?

    Yuk pinky!

I too get mine from homebargains. If you want to reuse them just pay £4.99 for a proper material swim nappy.

I would recommend buying a reusable swim nappy - they only cost a few pounds (e-bay usually have lots going cheap).

Mine cost about £5 and has been worn by both my Children.

I have a spare one which I take out with us too (just in case!). Reusable swim nappies are better for the environment as well as your purse! ;)

  • i suppose it depends how often you go doesn't it? i take your point about the environment, but from a money saving point of view i still wouldnt have got my money back on a reusable, we've been swimming quite a lot of times but ive only spent £2 on swim nappies altogether and she'll be out of them soon.

hi - yes from the babyworld 2004 club I am so famous :p I guess my really original username gave that away.
I did have a reusable one but he grew out of it - boots only sell them age up to 2 yrs (he is 2yrs 4mths).
Popped into Home Bargains this lunchtime but they had none :(

THey would have a good resale value on ebay. I even sold terry nappies I had used on all 3 of my children, and recouped the cost :)

The one I have is made by Zoggs and is age 2-3, I bought mine a while ago from Boots.com. I remember that it was quite difficult to find one for age 2+ though.

    Spanner, try this one:

You said your son weighs about 29lbs, alledgedly this one does children weighing 25-40lbs!

Or there's these disposable ones £1.99 for ten (26lbs+):

Bear in mind I have no idea about children age, size and weight, so I could be talking rubbish! (I apologise if I am!) I hope it helps tho!
