I want to buy a baby walker for my son from France on ebay, will I be charged any extra on customs, taxes.. etc when it arrives at the door?

No. There are no charges for buying goods within the EU.

Not totally correct there are a few exceptions (mainly cars and large items). The majority of things though have no VAT on them.
