Is anyone else having trouble with Sky?
Mine has "failed to record" and can't watch programmes already recorded?
Is this just mine - thought it may be batteries needed replacing, but to no avail, any suggestions???
Thanks.. xx

just you

The batteries will only need to be changed if you cant use the remote. try switching off the box and leaving it for a few mins and switching back on thats what Sky will tell you

It's not the batteries,it's the PSU in the Sky box is starting to fail, eventually the box will fail completely & you wont be able to turn it on.Failing PSU's are a common issue with most of the boxes, especially the Thompson Sky+ & HD boxes..You can get the PSU replaced, the's a sticky in the TV board about it.
