I never suggested you were a woman beater. I merely mentioned that the phrases you used and in particular referenceing a specific person were not condusive to a modern world .
I also provided a link where people have been jailed for inciting violence on the net.
You take from it as you will:wall:

Why do you keep getting PPRed by the way? You don't seem to ever do anything wrong as far as I can see.
Its an interesting system. An individual can post in a similar manner as many posters regularly do, and find themselves PPRed whilst those others do not.
Nevertheless the possibilty of this is made quite clear in the forum rules.
Once can only presume it works the other way too.
Which would rather suggest other individuals should think twice about making further unwarranted, antagonistic and slanderous comments.Graham_Devon wrote: »It's all rather strange isn't it.
I can only assume people keep reporting him over and over. ?
Indeed. Presumably in-between complaining about the heavy handed moderation policies on HPC.
Its a funny old world.0 -

Are you questioning the competence of the moderators?

You can't make slanderous comments on the internet.

HPC simply ban those with bullish views. MSE ban those who break the forum rules. If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -
Are you questioning the competence of the moderators?
No. There are no moderators in the sense you mean.
And as stated "Nevertheless the possibilty of this is made quite clear in the forum rules".HPC simply ban those with bullish views.
No. There is plenty of bullish opinion on HPC.
There are other reasons for banning.
No. They ban those who both break the rules and are reported.MSE ban those who break the forum rules.
You may want to check up on those rules before you make statements like...You can't make slanderous comments on the internet.

No. There are no moderators in the sense you mean.
There are people who decide who is banned and who isn't. You appear to be saying they do not act consistently.
No. There is plenty of bullish opinion on HPC.

I was banned along with 4 others on the same day. All bulls. No previous warnings. Can't be coincidence.

You may wish to check the meaning of 'slanderous.'If I don't reply to your post,

Just have a look at this thread from a 'normal' posters point of view. Your ALL a joke you post about others posts and bicker while forgetting all about the topic. Talk about self interest, I bet it's like the wizard of OZ you sit there all mighty yet in front of the screen is a bloke in a string vest and y fronts.
GET BACK ON TOPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
people (who don't/can't own), want to believe house prices are coming down but with a shortage of homes prices will stay as they are for a long while. IMO0 -
But he sees this as a blip, one of what he says will be many last-gasp attempts of a dying man to swim against the insuperable flood. Kauders fervently urged against borrowing to buy: 'No-one should be borrowing to buy property,' he said..... he talked vaguely of property losing half of its value..

If house values are to fall 50% then why would one buy with cash either... let alone taking out a mortgage!0 -

There is one devil of a lot of slack in the system before we get back the Glasgow Gorbals levels of overcrowding.
Fancy living in rooms where you climb into a cupboard when it is time to go to bed?
Quite cosy really when you cannot afford the fuel bills.0 -

I recently visited the Peoples Palace in Glasgow and saw a mock up of one of the Single ends as they were called. Pretty grim, we can only hope and that you are right about the slack in the system and that those days dont ever come back. It would be a step to farDont wait for your boat to come in 'Swim out and meet the bloody thing'

I didn't think that Mubarak or Gaddafi would be overthrown 2 years ago. Just shows you how quickly paradigms can change. If the Middle East can have a revolution then house prices can definitely fall 50%. Never say never...
By that reasoning are you also saying that they can increase 100% + ?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0
