The first prize is two return (economy) Air France flights from London Heathrow (via Paris) and five nights accommodation for two in a double room with half board in the Boucant Canot hotel and five nights accommodation for two in a double room with half board in the Diana Dea hotel, valid from 1 March 2012 to 30 September 2012, subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize-winner. Prize does not include: drinks; taxes; personal spending money; organisation and costs of any visas required for La Reunion; and personal travel insurance. The winner should purchase personal travel insurance prior to travel to La Reunion, ensure they have a valid passport, and check with their GP about suitable immunisations and medical precautions. The prize for second place and third place is a one-year subscription to National Geographic Traveller (UK).
The competition is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18. The competition is not open to employees and associates of Air France. Atout France, Reunion Tourist board, Boucan Hotel, Diana Dea Hotel or Absolute Publishing Ltd, or their families. Closing date is the 14th November. Winners will be notified within 10 days of closing and details of the competition winners will be published in the January/February edition of National Geographic Traveller (UK) 2012. All entrants are automatically opted into receiving further correspondence from National Geographic Traveller (UK), its publisher Absolute Publishing Ltd, Air France.
