Hiya
I have one of the above anfd i have a problem. All the keys are locked, I cant turn it off or press anything. The display is lit showing Zen Touch. Hubby thinks the battery needs taking out and putting back in but I'm reluctant to unscrew it.
Can anyone help?
Thank-you

Hi Mizz_Pink, I may be wrong but I think that there is a fault with the on/off button on some of the earlier models. Could you take it back? Is it still under warranty?Save £12k in 2012 no.49 £10,250/£12,000

This happened to my friends Zen - insert a paperclip into the reset hole. When it starts again make sure to fully charge it. Hasn't happened since. Good luck0

I have it on charge and have pressed the reset button a few times, nothing has happened. The display is lit up and thats it.
Also when I first plugged in the charger the charging symbol was a hazard symbol, not sure if hard disk is tatered :eek:Just owe Dad £2500 for a new car
