Has anyone had any dealings with this company. They claim, that if you qualify, you can write off any credit card or loan debts. Any experiences had?

Any company making such claims should be avoided. The test court cases all ruled in favour of the lenders. This was in Dec 2009. It killed off a number of claims companies and today, no genuine claims company transacts in that area.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
