BT stores locator

Options
I know this sounds like a stupid question but I currently live in France.
Do BT have any stores where you can actually go and speak to someone face to face.
I ask because I just keep going round and round in circles on their stupid website.
I have tried to find a store locator for BT with no joy. A link would be great.
Thnx in advance

No they don't. It's phone or internet only. What is it you need to find out?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • it's just that we hope to be moving back to the uk witin the next 6 months and were just wondering how much it would cost for line rental, broadband and unlimited uk calls. Looks lke i will have to bite the bullet and speak to someone in india nearer the time...lol

All the tariff info you seek is on the BT website...
The only variable is the broadband, depending on which version you want.
The basic (10GB cap) broadband package and Anytime calls package is currently £20pm, plus line rental at £13.90 (shortly to rise to £14.60).
Why would you want to use BT though, when there are so many better and cheaper providers?

Even if you go with BT for telephony, there are plenty of ADSL broadband providers you can use

They sold off their shop network, mostly all were taken on by their (then) owned O2 mobile network. However they only have call centres now, and no customer-facing offices. I would suggest that you wait until you see what services you get at the property you have - the choice is wide, and you may already have service from some service provider (or other) or can start afresh, but you won;t know until you know the number allocated to the line.

Unless it is a new build, any supplier can act reasonably quickly, so it won't be a problem.
