Building Grants

Advice appreciated on this one. I own & live in England in a flat conversion in a grade 2 listed building. The leasehold company has ordered a compulsory renovation project on the property which will result in half the cost landing on my doormat. I am on Pension Credits; my question is this,are there any grants available similar to those in Northern Ireland.

If you go onto www.turn2us.org.uk there is a grants section which may help.

There are a number of grants available but they all have certain criteria for elegibilty.

You will need to trawl through to see if you meet any of the criteria. Best of luck!
