I won a facebook competition but can't claim the prize online - any advice?

Hope this is the right board for my query - apologies if not!
Last night I entered an instant win competition on facebook with the eiffel tower, and won tickets for free entry. However it asked me to put in my details and said confirmation would be sent to the email address I had provided on an earlier screen, but when I went to press submit there must have been some kind of fault with the application as it just doesn't do anything and isn't sending my details. I've checked my email too just in case and have had no confirmation. I was just wondering from peoples experience what the best thing to do was and how likely it is the competition organisers would help me out - it does say in the terms and conditions they won't be liable for any fault with the application, but so far i've emailed the app developers and the eiffel tower customer services, offering to send a screen shot of my facebook page. I have my fingers crossed for these tickets as i'd gone to book online for the date i wanted and they are unavailable, but the competition tickets can be used any time!
Sorry for the lengthy post and i really appreciate any advice

Hi, I think if they are decent company they will honour your win.
I won year supply of Crunchy Nut on FB but the claim page with my details did not submit, they were great and honoured the win..

Have you asked on their wall ? I know with the Nescafe & Go comp people who had problems asked on the wall and they can check apparently if they won or not so maybe these will have a way of checking.

Thank you, I shall post a message on the application page wall, i did look at the eiffel towers facebook page but that doesn't seem to have an option for writing on the wall, but I forgot to try the application page, hopefully that will!

I received a reply today and unfortunately the organisers are not willing to validate my win : ( better luck next time i suppose!
