This small dent and a service are two totally different things and you would most probably be better keeping them separate! There are specialist companies that can work wonders with minor panel damage.

Yes, I undertsand that! They also do repairs so I thought I might be able to book the service in during the morning (they take 30 mins) and then leave it there to be repaired.

Does your dealer have a bodyshop? If not, they'll simply farm it out to a local guy and stick on a hefty markup. You might as well go direct to the local guy or use one of those mobile dent removers.
