I bought a mobile phone cable from digitalwebtronics via ebay. However, i got a serial cable one, whereas i wanted a USB cable. I dont understand their refund policy, or exchange policy if i wish to change it to USB type. Please can anyone advise what to do? Is there a contact tele number for theM?

I got an email reply from them, but they seemed to have answered by question incorrectly, all i wanted is an exchange, they think i want to return a faulty item!

Got a reply. They charge £2 just to change an item if incorrect. Item was £6 plus £3P&P (although postage only cost them 42 pence).

So I will only get £4 credit back. And they state it could take 30 days to return and exchange. better i either use what i have or sell it on ebay!
