They will be fine to eat the spices in the meal help preserve them and add that with the cool weather will not be a problem.

I would be quite happy to reheat & eat the curry & naan bread but the rice would be transferred to the compost heap & fresh rice would be cooked to accompany it. Bacillus cereus poisoning is very unpleasant.
  • Whenever we get a curry we always seem to have loads left over, i usually have it the following 2 days and it's always been fine. I just nuke it in the microwave and let it cool a little. Personally i've never had a problem with re-heating rice, make sure you sprinkle some water over the naan and 30 seconds in the microwave will warm it nicely.hth.xx

I reheated my left over curry from last night, and it tasted lovely. There is enough left for tomorrow to!!

  • If you reheat something you've cooked yourself you 'know where it's been'.

If you reheat takeaway stuff you don't know how many heat/cool cycles it's already been through.

Applies to everything, not just rice, but cooked rice is classed as a 'high risk' food.
