How do you complain to British Gas ?

Well although it took longer than expected I did get a correct statement at last so complaining via Energywatch did work in my case and I would recommend it to anyone still getting nowhere with BG. Use the link I put in post 19, it costs nothing to do this. I have been battleing with BG for 8 months and getting nowhere but 4 weeks after complaing to Energywatch I got a result :j :j :j .
