How do you complain to British Gas ?

I have had a look on their website, but there doesn't seem to be any contact details ? We moved into our house 2 1/2 years ago - there were already pre-pay meters (both gas and electric with British Gas). Well although it took longer than expected I did get a correct statement at last so complaining via Energywatch did work in my case and I would recommend it to anyone still getting nowhere with BG. Use the link I put in post 19, it costs nothing to do this. I have been battleing with BG for 8 months and getting nowhere but 4 weeks after complaing to Energywatch I got a result :j :j :j .
