Translation: we've seen your thread on this forum and know you are just going to ignore us, so we'll just accept a tenner out of desperation.

Ignore and get on with your life.

Latest update:My appeal was refused. Last night I went on the parking eye website fora nosy. I put in the 'reference' or 'PCN' code out of of curiosity to see whether the charge had yet been increased as it was supposed to double. Anyway, it wouldn't accept the code and said no payment was due! This morning I got up and found I had received another letter from Parking Eye, stating that following my appeal I would not have to pay the charge and they would drop the fee....except an admin fee of £10 to do so. It also said that I may send further evidence If I wish within the next 7 days, upon receipt they would grant another 14 days to sort it out. I was rather astonished as most of the threads say people always lose. Also, if they agree to drop the charges now, why would I need to send in further evidence?! I bet there would still be an admin charge!

Do not even think about sending the company 10p, let alone a tenner! You owe the company NOTHING and they are just desperate. Do not reply any more.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
