Ncp lost tickets

I park at NCP brighton a few days a week when I go to work, we are given special tickets which let us pay £3.50 a day. However tonight when i put my ticket in, and paid the money by cash i stupidly got in the lift without my ticket. I went back straight away, and the ticket was gone. I could see that no cars had left, it wasnt busy and was late at night so i assume nobody else had used the machine. When i pressed the button for help, the lady told me I had not paid for a ticket but that I had lost it and was trying to scam her. I am 100% sure I paid because I put in a £10 note and got my change. She said she could not see of any transaction taking place, she then terminated the call. So i tried again, spoke to a different lady who told me that she knew I had already "lost" my ticket and hadnt paid for one. I then went to look for staff in the carpark but no luck. I went back to the machine for the third time, the man told me that the only thing I could do was to buy a ticket for £25 which i did. I paid by card and he told me that he could see this transaction! I asked for an address to write too and he terminated the call. I have searched the internet but cant find an address for the NCP that deals with complaints. On their website they have a contact us page where you can post a message directly to them which i have done.
Has anybody else had this kind of problem with NCP carparks!? If so has anyone successfully claimed back the £25!?
