Just so you know....

Petchey Leisure are a timeshare company. They are not bad as companies go. My inlaws have stayed there quite a few times, and have booked stuff through them and always got good service. We also went there in 2009 but we got pestered to go on a presentation which was fine except it went on for hours and we had to leave as we had small children to pick up. We could never have afforded it anyway. They pestered us a few times after that (by calling the phone in our apartment) but we gave them short shrift.

That said, they are nice places to stay, (We stayed at Clube Praia da Oura) and whilst we were there, we noticed they were refurbishing most of the apartments. I think people who have entered in the past have received sales calls from Petchey.

So, up to you if you enter but be warned you are likely to get some contact and even if you do win, they might try a hard sell when you are there, although we personally never felt pressurised to sign anything.
