No one is selfish, everyone is thinking of themselves and their family like generations have done before us.

    This is a s.hit poll.

I kinda agree, most people will put themselves and their families first and if that means having access to 10 BTL's to make a few quid, most people would take it if it was given to them... including the most bearish of bears.
Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.

Anyone who wishes financial ruin on someone for their own benifit.

That could be a homeowner facing repossesion or one's deposit savings being eaten away by low interst rates and high inflation.

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

  • The BTL merchant is greedy enough, but 'honestly' trying to make a wedge, and taking a bit of risk.

The STL is an idiot who has no financial sense whatsoever.

The stay-at-home kid is simply an opportunist who is drawing upon his inheritance early.

You would probably not buy any of these people a pint in your local, but they are not particularly 'evil'. That accolade goes to the self-centered Local Authority heirarchy who pay themselves mega-bucks while laying off a couple of bin men and minimum wage 'care' workers to pretend to save a few bob, and then the 'won't work' brigade who expect public subsidy of about annual average wage to sit on their a4ses and watch Sky and play Online Bingo all day.

The banks, the BOE and politicians who have urged all of this greed on over the past decade.

    Where are the options?

I don't know about that I'm far better off than I have ever been. It has been so easy to make money in the last few years be it shares gold or silver anything but bricks and mortar.
