I just can't believe that the D.W.P. would print misleading information. You expect from the CSA not the D.W.P! Well surely if the welfare reform bill goes to royal assent in november, then the new gross income scheme should start jan 2012?? The new computer system for the new scheme is being tested now so whats the problem!! The govement are always banging on about the national debt!! If i was allowed to make a private agreement with my ex then i would save the tax payer £2251.21p a year as its costs about 40p for every £ collected. how much would the tax payer save if they did a block transferon all those on CSA1?? Out of interest where did you come by this information that the new scheme won't be starting until autum 2012?? Iv'e being on most web pages and most of the dates have said 2011 early 2012.:T0

The new computer system is currently being developed, some testing is under way but it's not exactly the sort of thing that can be rushed.0

I don't think that my ex would agree to change schemes from CSA1 to the new scheme or private agreement as she would be about £200 amonth worse off! but i will then be paying what i would have if the CSA had done what they had said back in 2003 and transfered everyone onto CSA2?? the only way that i can get off the CSA1 is for the CSA to close my case and if they did i would try and get her to agree to a private agreement through the correct channels,( ie The new Gateway service) My ex partner thinks that i am not allowed a life and will do anything she can to spoil it!! She knows that if i come off CSA! that my g/f will move in as her income won't be taken into account, so i do need the backing of the CSA to get me off CSA1, do you think that i stand a chance??

This one is an off-the-shelf solution that is being tailored.0 -

So the 'tweaks' will be in favor of the Gov and the PWC and not take into account the law, and we the long suffering tax payer will pick up the bill?
It also matters not as to the effectiveness of the system, the simple fact is that the things that the CSA employ that masquerade as humans, and have the IQ of a flip flop wont be able to make it work. Do you want to bet a cup of coffee on this?0 -
Well i just hope that the CSA can handle this new scheme better than CSA2 I mean how hard can it be to deduct 12% etc from someone's yearly gross income I can do it within about a minute on my phone and yet the CSA make a big deal about it!! I know there is more to it than that but it got to be quicker than the 12 weeks for CSA1 case to go through. The new CSA system should be up and running by now all this rubbish about product testing should already have been done and the CSA should now be waiting for the green light from the govement to start putting everyone on this new scheme, The welfare reform bill which includes child maintenance reforms should goto royal assent this month. The CSA are now part of DWP so should improve there standards!! As soon as the bill is passed all those on CSA! should start getting paperwork informing them of the new scheme and when they will transfer!! i bet we don't!!! The CSA will probaly say they are have problems with the system when reaaly it the staff who don't want it to work. Well why should NRP's stuck on CSA! suffer because of there problems??. Also this new scheme will save the tax payer so much money, so really the CSA should aim to gat everyone moved within the year, then they can reduce the work force saving even more money!! Not long now for us NRP's to get a fair deal!!! LOL :beer:0
